Key Tryout Details

- Program: Club Volleyball Skill Assessment & Tryouts (12U–15U)

- Date & Time: Saturday, October 17, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

- Location: Bear River High School Natatorium, 1455 S Main St, Garland, UT 84312 (Tremonton area)

- Age Cutoff: Based on player age as of July 1, 2027

Season & Practice Structure

- Season Duration: January through April.

- Practice Frequency: Twice per week at the Bear River Natatorium.

- Practice Days: Primary days are Monday and Wednesday evenings. Select weeks will shift to Monday and Thursday depending on school gym space and high school athletic schedules.

- Tournaments: Teams will compete in 5 AAU-sanctioned events (including at least one multi-day tournament) throughout Utah and Southern Idaho.

Cost & Payment Structure

- Total Season Cost: $1,000 flat rate across all age divisions.

- Down Payment: $200 required to secure the athlete's roster spot. November 15th

- Club Dues: $650 covering facility rental, coaching fees, and entry fees for all 5 AAU tournaments.

- Gear Package: $150, providing a brand-new gear kit for every player this season.

- Payment Timeline: All payments officially begin or are due on December 1st.

- Payment Flexibility: Families can choose between paying in full upfront or using a monthly installment plan.

Additional Requirement: An individual AAU youth athlete membership (~$20–$22) must be purchased separately online for mandatory secondary insurance coverage before tournament play.
